    Robert Taylor pays tribute to the WWII Fighter aircrew of the RAF and
    Fleet Air Arm.  The scene shows MKI Spitfires of the 234 Squadron, 10 Group's
    top scoring squadron, returning to St. Eval after intercepting heavy raids on south
    coast ports in September 1949. St. Michael's Mount, the castle built on the site of a
    14th Century monastary to defend Britian's shores from earlier enemies, provides
    a symbolic backdrop.

    PHANTOM SHOWTIME

    Lt. Randy 'Duke' Cunningham and his RIO, Lt. (jg.) Willie 'Irish' Driscoll,
    aboard VF-96's F-4 Phantom, call-sign "Showtime 112", make a 500 knot
    pass below the level of the deck of the USS Constellation, following the pair's
    first air victory over North Vietnam, January 19, 1972. They became the
    US Navy's only Aces of the war.
